Inches are lost and not weight in general, although some weight loss may occur. Body wraps include infra-red and inch loss gel, also diet advice (if required). These treatments are very effective when used in conjunction with a weight loss plan, can also be very useful to help remove cellulite, or can even be used as a quick fix for getting into clothes that have become too tight. Allow 1 and 3/4 hrs to 2hrs (a very relaxing treatment). A course of treatments are required for the most effective results.
